Nanosafe Solutions is an IIT Delhi-originated, VC-funded deep-tech company developing advanced specialty materials and additive technologies for the polymers, plastics, polyurethane foam, textiles, and allied industries. With granted IP, commercialized technologies, and leading enterprise customers, we are entering our next phase of rapid scale with the vision of building a globally respected specialty materials company and ultimately achieving an IPO within short time frame.
We are seeking an accomplished industry leader to join our leadership team as Co-Founder & Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
This is a Board-level leadership role for an executive who has successfully built and scaled businesses—not simply led sales teams.
Role Overview
The Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for defining and executing the Company's commercial strategy while driving sustainable revenue growth, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and organizational scale.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Founder, Board of Directors, and investors, and will be directly accountable to the Board for achieving the Company's commercial objectives and long-term growth strategy.
This role is intended for a leader capable of helping build an institution, not simply managing an existing business or bringing new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Company's overall commercial and growth strategy.
- Drive revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
- Build strategic partnerships, distribution networks, and enterprise customer relationships.
- Identify new market opportunities, adjacent businesses, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Lead commercial negotiations with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
- Build and lead high-performing commercial teams across Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Strategic Alliances.
- Work closely with the Board of Directors on strategic planning, growth initiatives, governance, and execution.
- Develop scalable commercial systems, go-to-market strategies, pricing frameworks, and business expansion plans.
- Contribute to fundraising, investor engagement, and strategic planning as part of the executive leadership team.
Mandatory Experience
We are specifically looking for candidates who possess:
- 5-10+ years of leadership experience within polymers, plastics, polyurethane foam, specialty chemicals, additives, masterbatches, compounding, or allied industries. (Relevant industry experience is a must, candidate must be from the mentioned industry only).
- Demonstrated success in scaling businesses previously and delivering substantial revenue growth.
- Significant experience in commercial strategy, business transformation, market expansion, and organizational leadership.
- Proven P&L ownership and accountability for business performance.
- Experience engaging with Boards of Directors, promoters, investors, and executive leadership teams.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, channel development, pricing, partnerships, and enterprise sales.
- Existing relationships across major OEMs, processors, converters, manufacturers, distributors, and strategic industry players.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

- Professionals whose experience is limited to field sales or regional sales management.
- Candidates without demonstrated strategic leadership or business-building experience.
- Executives who have not owned P&L, organizational growth, or enterprise-scale commercial functions.
